Lomi Lomi Massage: Lomi lomi is a Hawaiaan style of body work . Its a science as well a spirtual modality. The practioner takes a breathe in and exhales ha and does the massage . The key component in this is the practioner taking the ha breathe while massaging , which adds a different dyanamics to the massage . In this practice the practitioner uses the elbows , forearms , palms and fingers for the massage . Its a rhythematic massage .
